Drawing on over three decades of experience serving as both COO and CFO at multiple venture-backed startups, Gene pays attention to detail without losing sight of the overall strategic direction and translates financial goals into the company and individual KPIs aligned with the strategy. He has successfully raised over $400M in equity and debt financing rounds at companies where he held financial leadership positions and managed revenue growth from zero to $800M during his tenure.
